CCCS was honored by being selected as FHLB Chicago's very first Success Story to be highlighted through their Housing Counseling Resource Program (HCRP). This grant is administered by Illinois Housing Development Authority (IHDA). Our counselor, Erika Chavez, worked with her clients, Angela & Luis, and one of our partner banks, helping them to achieve their dream of homeownership!
