Helping You Keep Your Home

We understand the financial pressures that come with buying and owning a home. We offer housing counseling services to make it less stressful! Whether you’re looking to buy a home or keep your home, we can find the best solutions for your situation.

The key is to understand that you have options. We will educate you on all the choices available so that you can make the best decisions. As a result, you’ll be equipped for successful homeownership!

What Housing Counseling Services Are Offered?

We offer one-on-one counseling for clients who are homeless, renters, pre-purchase or post-purchase. We also provide default intervention and reverse mortgage counseling.

Our pre-purchase homebuyer services will provide you with the tools you need to purchase a home with confidence. You can discover these tools through a free counseling session with one of our counselors. We also offer homebuyer education courses, including our pre-purchase class and our Framework online course.

Our HUD-approved default intervention counseling is also available for homeowners struggling to pay or delinquent on their mortgage payments. A counselor will guide you through the options available and answer your questions.

Our counselors also provide the required counseling to seniors looking to keep their homes by converting available equity through a reverse mortgage. We will empower you to make the right decisions and avoid predatory lending practices.

What Do These Services Cost?

We make every effort to make housing counseling and education as affordable as possible. One way we do this is by providing our pre-purchase counseling and default intervention counseling free of charge. Our other services require the following fees:
