NCFP Bi-lingual/Housing Counselor

Erika has a Bachelor’s Degree in International Relations from Universidad Autonoma De Chihuahua. She has been a Housing Counselor since 2009.  She worked at NHS of Chicago for 9 years and has been with CCCS of Northern Illinois since 2018. She is a HUD & NFCC Certified counselor and has four Neighborworks Certifications.  Erika works mostly from our Elgin Office, with occasional appointments in Woodstock.  She has helped Kane County residents through the Kane County Mediation program since it started.
